Senior Sales Negotiator

Naylor Powell is looking to hire a Senior Sales Negotiator in our thriving Gloucester Docks Branch. This is an ideal opportunity for a negotiator looking to further their career by working for a very successful and established business of over 40 years.

Requirements for the role include:

A minimum of 12 months' estate agency experience gained within either sales
An aptitude for selling and a desire to exceed targets
To provide an excellent customer service experience at all times
To build and maintain strong client relationships with all clients and staff
A full driving licence

Training:

We have in-house training where the successful candidate will be encouraged to attend any relevant training courses to help with their career progression including NAEA qualification, plus the potential for future management training and development.
