A huge congratulations to Sam Rodgers on passing his apprenticeship!
Robert Wade, Director, remarked, “Congratulations to Sam for passing his apprenticeship with Naylor Powell. He has taken on the challenge and credit to him for the work he has put in to both the coursework and exams whilst maintaining his busy day to day job. Well done, Sam! The building blocks are now in place for a long and successful career with Naylor Powell."
Sam, who is based in our Hucclecote branch, chose to pursue an apprenticeship to gain practical experience while embarking on his new career as a Sales Negotiator. He believes that an apprenticeship is “more beneficial than traditional study, as it allows you to start working at an earlier age than others might.”
After completing his apprenticeship, Sam shared his thoughts: “I am delighted to have completed my qualification at Naylor Powell. The support from both the business and college was excellent. I received all the assistance I needed when I faced challenging tasks, which helped me succeed. The experience was both valuable and critical to my self-development on the road to becoming a full member of the Naylor Powell team.”
