Customer service is at the heart of Naylor Powell, so it is important for us to recognise those individuals who go above and beyond.
The 'Naylor Powell Customer Service Award' is presented to the Sales Negotiator who has demonstrated outstanding customer service. Negotiators across all 4 branches are considered and the winner is selected from feedback received through our independent review system Feefo.
We are pleased to say that this award was presented to Susan Chamberlain of our Cheltenham branch.
Susan is a highly experienced agent and knows the Warden Hill and surrounding areas like the back of her hand. Managed by Tim Thomson-Green, the Cheltenham branch is the newest addition to Naylor Powell’s network of branches having been opened for just over 2 years.
