We are delighted to announce that our new sales and lettings branch is now open in Cam.
Formerly occupied by The Post Office (which has relocated to 24-26 High Street), the office is conveniently situated along a parade of shops and adjacent to Tesco supermarket and a public car park. This thriving area, full of independent businesses serves the local community of Cam, Dursley and the surrounding areas.
Significant planning went into the design of the office with LED back lit window displays and a thoughtfully planned interior, providing a welcoming environment for clients and maximum exposure for each property listed with Naylor Powell.
The branch is led by Ruth Bartlett who has worked at Naylor Powell in Stonehouse for over five years and lives locally. This local knowledge and excellent track record of selling homes in the area is passed on to all the clients she deals with.

Following a turbulent couple of years in the industry, the local property market has seen one of the busiest periods we have ever witnessed in our 40-year history. The second half of 2021 has seen a more stable market return but as Gloucestershire remains a hugely popular area to move to, registrations of house hunters remains extremely high. Cam and Dursley has seen a growth in buyers looking to move from the larger cities such as Bristol as the area gives the opportunity to enjoy a quieter side of life with easy commutes and excellent value for money.
