We’re pleased to announce that PropertyFile technology has been successfully rolled out to our landlord clients.
PropertyFile is a fantastic system which gives clients access to their property file at the click of a button, 24 hours a day.
We have found this new communication tool adds so much to our existing service by allowing landlords instant access to important information such as rental statements, maintenance updates, key safety dates and a lot more.
The feedback from our landlords so far has been very positive and the whole team have embraced this new technology. James Birt comments “We’ve invested heavily in new technology over the last 12 months to add to our offering for all of our clients. The success of the service in our Sales departments proved we should roll this out to our Lettings teams and I’m really pleased to say the feedback so far has been encouraging.”
Not only with this new technology help our landlords but it benefits tenants too. Maintenance queries can be logged in the system via a simple and easy to use mobile app. The progress of the works is then updated on the system on a regular basis. Feedback from tenants so far has been equally positive.
