A new guide titled ‘How to rent: The checklist for renting in England’ has been published by the Department for Communities and Local Government. The purpose of the guide is to fully prepare tenants before they venture into an assured short-hold tenancy.
The guide spells out exactly what your responsibilities and rights are as a tenant and should assist the relationships between tenant and landlord.
